Value Exchange Currency that provides Basic Income

[The main idea of the currency is to bring Basic Income to everybody on the earth. As a summary the basic income should come from the transactions fee and other fees for using the currency ]

Decentralized Earth and Universe currency to cover the needs for trading, exchanging and banking needs for the Earthly species on Earth and all over the universe.
Should solve the AI + Robotics and human labour problem in an Basic Income Manner.
The idea of this currency is to become the main value exchange currency in the world. And to slowly allow people to have passive income just by having and using the currency, but also by mining. By this allowing the people to spend less time working and more time at education, training, researching, arts and traveling.

The passive income should come from:

1. Mining on any device

And

2. ‎Rewarding for having the currency.

*Though - The rewarding should become negative, thus charging companies and people having too much of the currency. Let say if you have more than 1 billion, instead of a reward 1% you get fee of 1 %. This fee will go into the rewarding pool.

 

Note: rewarding should be different then mining and PoS and PoS variants.

 

The amount paid for Mining and Rewarding should come from transaction fees. Which fees will be charged as a very small percentage to the amount of the value exchanged. Thus the rewards for both mining and having the currency will come from the people who perform transactions. Thus the normal users, but also the businesses, companies, corporations, countries etc. So basically the most of the money for the rewards will come from the people who have the most money and perform transactions with them. So having in mind the transaction fees and negative rewards for the richest people, we should be able to provide basic income to all the people even if AI and Robots take the work places of the people in the big corporations, they will have to pay natural fee to operate with the money they earn.


I would propose to have 2 different reward pools: one for the basic income and one for the miners. Where the one for the basic income should come from transaction fees, and the one for the miners should come from the fees we will add to the companies and very rich people using the currency.

Crypto Currency Requirements:

• ‎Should be decentralized and not controlled by Single Country or Single Company, neither from other forms of greed or bad interest.
• ‎Should be governed by the users themselves.
• ‎Should be developed, maintained, and supported by the users themselves or by the assigned from the users governance.
• ‎Should be open source and with good visibility.
• ‎Should be instant.
• ‎Should be public and traceable.
• ‎Should comply with regulations.
• ‎Banks should be able to use it for offering different banking services.
• ‎Should be mineable on any device that have CPU or GPU. The requirements for the power should be minimal and Rewarding.
• Should have Rewarding for having and keeping the currency. But not by active PoS manner which requires more knowledge for the end users, but rather in passive manner.
• ‎Should be proven against ponzi and pump and dump schemes as well to pyramidal structures.
• Should allow part of the fees to be used for the currency development itself.
• Should be transparent.
• Should have physical representation e.g. SD card like coins.
• Should have physical wallet representation.
• Everybody should have the right to use it, doesn't matter of the beliefs, religion, gender, nationality or species of the user.
• No restrictions or boundaries should apply now or in the future if users will want to use their physical representation only.  
• Should be tradable to fiat money and other crypto currencies.
• Should not allow centralized mining and thus control.
• Should help and enforce the government's to collect taxes and apply laws in automated manner.
• Should prevent frauds in automated manner.
  

Before the final development itself the idea will: 

• Need to have initial support from large amount of people.
• Need to have support from universities and educated people.
• ‎Need to have support from famous people in different domains.
• ‎Need to have support from large amount of different organizations.
• ‎Need to have support from large amount of companies.
• ‎Need to have the support from at least 30-40% of the countries in the world.

Some initial steps to keeps things going further

• Creating social media pages e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Telegram
• Meet ups to spread, discuss and achieve the idea need to take place.  
• An organizational meetings need to be organized and take place.
• A committee need to be created.
• An organization need to be created.
• The development team need to be formed.
• Real Development starts here.

What we can achieve

At the moment people including me are going to work for fun, but also for the money. There are people who do not have fun and go only for the money. And there are people that do not have neither fun neither money from their work. Some people do not have work at all.
Now imaging we can go to work only for fun, because we do not care about the money. Or we do not go to work at all - just doing researching, arts, traveling or whatever we like. Well the dreams are for free. But this one is achivable.
The idea can be implemented globaly for all the people in the world. Or localy per country level or per state level. As well maybe on EU level or US level.
At this point of time is just an manifesto, actually maybe even just a spark, and may allow many implementations. It will be nice if the implementations are giving reference to this manifesto.
As well if followers of the idea join toghether for the purposes of Good of the people on the earth. Otherwise we end up in endless Branching and Dividing - this wont bring the desired results.
