You can enroll them multiple times, extend them up to a specific limit of time etc.
It is all for free, requires just a registration.

Also there are labs environments for all VMWare products, it is really nice service from VMWare.

Some time ago, while reading and searching for information for vRO-vRA development and automation I found very interesting article, which pointed me to a very good vRO training.
